"Everything was going fine up until the point of my manicure. I gave a reference photo and did not end up with what I had wanted. I repeatedly asked if what I wanted was something they could do. Here’s photos of what I had showed them and what I ended up with. I don’t understand where the miscommunication was, she even asked me if I wanted a full matching set with my pedicure, I told her yes. And the work itself was sloppily done."
