"I work for Instacart and shop here daily! I do get a lot of “out of stock” items. Also the meat counter is dark and rarely can I get help! This morning I waited 15 min, rang the bell, asked several employees to page help (which they did) went to the service desk twice and was told “I told you they are in a meeting” this is very poor customer service and unacceptable to have no backup to assist me (who has an IC order being timed) Come on Kroger! You can do better! If you can’t get it together I will simply take my Instacart orders to a better location!"
