"I had never been to a sprouts, but my son and I couldn't find pumpkins anywhere on Halloween and they had plenty and were very helpful and accommodating. They have so much yummy stuff so I can't wait to go back."

"Staff is always friendly, and the check is quick. I don't like the fact of purchasing a bag to carry my food out. But you can find some good deals."

"First time going into a Sprouts. Found quite a few things that I might not find in a regular grocery. Didn't really look like I saved a lot but was able to find most of what I needed. This store appeared smaller than other grocery stores in the area. Although there are lots of items that looked interesting, it is probably not a place I will shop often. Just not my cuppa tea."

"Today, after a lovely brunch nearby, my wife and I decided to give the Sprout store a try, considering making it our monthly shopping spot. However, our experience was deeply unsettling. Having worked in retail security, I'm familiar with the signs of asset protection. As we shopped, I noticed an employee behaving suspiciously, appearing nervous and focusing disproportionately on us. This employee seemed to forget basic customer service with others, but was unusually attentive towards us. The cashier too seemed unduly apprehensive as we approached. It's disheartening to feel singled out because of one's appearance. Being of darker complexion, I couldn’t help but feel that we were being racially profiled. As someone trained specifically to avoid such biases, this was especially alarming. It's important for businesses to remember that every customer is a patron and deserves respect. No one should feel judged or unwelcome due to their ethnicity. Regrettably, based on this experience, I cannot recommend this store and will be taking my business elsewhere."

"Very clean, nice staff, lots of goodies that meet the needs of special diets like keto, etc. I used to live across from a brand new one in Phoenix and did all my shopping there. But the prices at all stores over the past two years, especially this one...have gone up too much for it to be the primary store that I use to shop for general items. So it's only occasionally that I go there now. I like to try different drinks. Mostly sparkling waters. They always have a great selection and a fantastic supplements area."
