"Lucy R was a lifesaver! I needed fuel and my card was declining. I inquired if anyone had PayPal so I could transfer money to them and get fuel. She stepped up and said sure, handled my PayPal transaction and was able to get my fuel so I could return home. I just relocated to the area and let me tell you, I've met some of the nicest strangers!"

"I was born and raised on allsups, being from New Mexico. The Justin Texas location is absolutely the worst store ever. Bad service"

"The associates are all nice except for one lady named Dixie (Older gray haired woman w/ glasses) on the graveyard shift. For the life of me I cannot understand why she is so rude and bitter to a customer considering the industry she is in. On the first occasion she was rude to my mother and brother for paying with change. Even a fellow co-worker said she was a "B***H". The second incident was when my Mother and myself came in to get a late night snack and to cash in my lottery ticket (It was before 12am). I handed my ticket to her to cash out and she said she has the option to pay out or refuse to pay because it was for $100 dollars and claimed that she didn't have the money. If I was a regular customer I would've been on my merry way but I know for a fact the safe is able to dispense up to $60 every 6-9 minutes(in these increments: $60 in 20's, $20 in 10's, $20 in 5's, $20 in 1's). But I must have inconvenienced her (funny because it's a convenience store!?!) and the time that she could've used to be snarky to another local. We took our money elsewhere and went to the Texaco instead. Tonight 6/24 I went in a couple minutes past 12am (Texaco was closed) with intentions of avoiding her if she was working. I was grabbing a bottled Dr. Pepper when I noticed the beer cooler door ajar which I closed out of courtesy after choosing my drink. The next thing I heard is yelling coming from the other side of the store saying "Sir, what are you doing? I'm not selling you beer!" and I said "I don't even have beer" by this time I'm at the counter while the other employee is behind her. In a jokingly manner I said "Are you just trying to regulate again like you did with the lottery ticket?" and she just stared then told the other employee "check him out because I'm not going to be disrespected". I profusely apologized to the other woman because I can tell that she would probably have to suffer through a shift with that bad attitude all night. It really stinks that I'm going elsewhere because the place is always well stocked, clean and convenient for late night snacks and what not."
