"We had a party there and while usually no issues, there weren’t enough seats prepared for the kids that were there (thankfully some weren’t able to come), I had to go and ask for drinks while pizza had already been put on plates, paid extra for a treat and that also was not out and had to go request they bring them to the room. It seemed a bit chaotic but not as busy as normal. Would make sure things are in order next time and not just assume it will be done on time. Will definitely go again for play time but not sure about another party there. Staff was nice and helpful but not exactly sure of process (couldn’t figure out how to get me my final bill) My son had a blast and at the end of the day, that’s what matters."

"We arrived 45 mins after opening and found a sock and bobby pins in the ball pit, hair all over the foam blocks and climbing structures, trash on the netting above, and the plexiglass surfaces were all very dirty. It’s like they aren’t sanitizing, sweeping or vacuuming. It’s disappointing considering what they charge per hour."

"Great place for toddlers and older!!! I loved it how they manage the place as clean and neat! Restroom was a bit sticky even though it was early Sunday morning. My 2 years old boy loved how balls are floating and moving around!! Definitely will come back! We did not have a chance to try the food because he was busy playing, haha."

"This place is so cute and perfect for the littles. We’ve visited the one in Plano but this one here is much more spacious. It’s has features that the one in Plano does not have. The space is absolutely beautiful. Definitely a great place for kids 10 and under. I love they have an area for parents like myself that need to do some work while the kids play. Over all my babies loved it! Highly recommend! My pictures don’t do it justice."
