They answered any and all questions that I had regarding the prices for a membership and party plans, however the handsome staff member in the cowboys hat was probably the highlight of my experience with how helpful he was. "This trampoline park staff knew who stole my daughter’s sneakers and have not contacted me to solve this problem. We were on vacation to Dallas and decided to take the kids to your establishment. No one has reached out to say sorry and how can they solve this. They never even offered to reimburse the payment for the inconvenience. They know who did it. Instead the staff knew we won’t be here for long and thought I would forget about this. This is horrible and will leave a bad review on every platform!!!!"
"Worst Trampoline Park I visited so far. Unmanaged unorganized and staff don’t care about who is doing what. There is no place for parents to seat so they seat anywhere and do anything. There was a used diaper lying on one of the seat. Considerably small place. The equipment they have are not functional. I asked multiple time to start the Wipeout but they failed to even give any attention. Overall there are lot other options in nearby area."
