"I drove there in a rush to grab an air filter for the house. My son was having allergies. I arrive few minutes before they close, an old man saw me pull up and quickly closed the door before their close time. This is very unprofessional. I understand it was few minutes before close but you have opening hours for a reason. It would have took me only two-three minutes. I know where the filters are and all they had to do is to have one last transaction."
