"Be Aware or Get Ripped Off! On July 31, 2021; I went to the showroom in Katy and returned a new unused faucet. They said refund would be processed in 2 days on August 2, 2021 and someone would call me BUT no one called me on Mondays. For 3 days, I left several messages with Customer Service but no response. Last Friday, I called and complained to a Client Service Rep; he said the refund would be processed no later than Monday (August 9, 2021). As of today Thursday, August 12, 2021 5:16pm cst; the refund is still not processed yet. I just called the Client Service again and asked about the refund. First she said she will process the refund for the purchase amount of $259 (which was ~$125 less then the actual purchase amount shown in receipt). I told her the amount was not correct and it should be $349.65 but she insisted that I paid only $259; I told her to go ahead and process the refund for that lower amount. Then, she said that she did not have authority to do so. REFUND HAS STILL NOT PROCESSED, YET!"
