"Carlos approached us the first two minutes we were in the store and continued to pull every item for us and load them on three carts for the next 30 minutes. He was very knowledgeable, friendly, and eager to help. He assisted with some material changes with a smile the entire time. He stuck with us through check out and even helped load our car. It was truly personal service! Ben joined in to help load the truck. We will definitely be back!!"

"The store in its self it's a great store. But when it comes to loading a load, they have a lot of restrictions that are idiotic. Example. The man in the white truck has 3 children and the wife. They made them get out of the truck and inside the store to push the pallet. Kids are comfortable. Guy spent $2,500 at the store. They think the trailer it's going to transform and land on top of the truck and kill the people inside. It's horrible. Customer payed they should be able to load where you tell them. Homedepot, lowes, Walmart, samns, Costco. These are way bigger companies and don't have thay many rules. Other picture they can't double stack. I spent $1200 for 10 pieces of tile and now I have to load by hand and on top of that wait 1 hour. Ridiculous"
