"First and LAST time in buying from this place. Site one provided the incorrect rock size that I paid for and they don’t want to make themselves responsible and fix their mistake. This was an order that was paid via phone and they never sent me an invoice to check if everything looked correct in the order. They say that the rock size that is in my order in their system is the one they provided. However, the person taking the order in the phone added the incorrect size in their system. How is that my fault?! They told us that to give us a refund that we need to take the rock back. How am I going to take 4 yards back to them? I don’t even have a truck. Terrible customer service, terrible quality, never buying from this place again. Went to buckhorn soil and stone to buy a different type of rock and the process was very smooth. Wished I knew about how bad Site One handles their business and how careless they are with customers. They just care about selling. Please make yourself a favor and avoid buying from this place. I bought 1 inch rock and see pictures of 4-5 in rocks that Site One provided."

"Normally shop here when I need a trailer full. This time in needed 8-12 yards, so needed a delivery. Siteone told me next available delivery would be Friday from 1-3. 2:45 rolls around so I call just to confirm (I hadn’t heard from anyone) and the guy answered blamed system being down and asked me to verify order(they lost my PO)….after doing so he them told me driver would be there in another hour….so now delivery is scheduled at 3:45…so I cancelled. Not once did he apologize for delay. I asked him what he had available on Monday for deliver and he said 8:30 AM. I told him great let’s do it….well come Monday 8:30am still no call, no delivery. Then a text comes across saying delivery is now scheduled 10-12. I call back and ask what it going on over there, he then tells me my delivery is for this afternoon not this AM….guess this place doesn’t feel the need to keep appointment times…guess our world revolves around when Siteone can get their act together. I called another landscaping company down off blanco road…delivery rate was less expensive and top soil same price. Siteone just lost this customer."

"These guys are always 100% helpful. Even walking around the yard they're attentive and ask stopping their loaders. Their loaders are skilled, I never feel worried about my truck getting damage. The front office is knowledgeable and has never even hesitated with an I'll get back to you or let me ask. These guys just know, you're in and out super quick and their prices are fantastic. Can't say enough good things."
