"**ATTENTION** I'm traveling for work. I have a medical condition. I am aided by a fully trained service animal for my medical condition. The only two legal questions the staff should ask are: 1. Is it a service animal? 2. What service is the animal trained to perform? After this, it is legally not permissible for them to ask me any more questions or hinder the service animal's ability to assist me in public places. I am reporting the issue to the company and to the ADA as the manager is responsible for the training and the behavior of the employees."
"The workers in this location need better training in customer service. They are very rude to customers. They need to quit their job if they hate it so much and give someone else who wants to work the opportunity to do their job better."
"Had a terrible experience today. Lady that was taking orders for tacos had a terrible attitude. I always request a different kind of cheese on my food and had never had a problem getting it. I noticed with the customer in front of me that the lady seemed frustrated. When I asked for my request, she said “we don’t have any”. I noticed that the other employee helping her just laughed and lowered her head. It’s clear that this person hates her job and needs an attitude adjustment. She should just leave and let someone who really wants to work take her spot. Wasn’t able to get her name, but I will update my post when I get it."
