"I have never ever ever had a good experience with dealing with Crawford electrical whether it’s counter sales, will call, or even contacting my inside sales person. Counter sales and will call are extremely slow. Called my inside guy for just a 2p 30amp type BL breaker and a breaker blank that I needed right away after 2 hrs I checked back and he still had nothing for me after 5 hrs with no feedback I had to just get my items from DFW Breakers. I was on the phone with DFW Breaker for 1 min and had already purchased both items. For now on if I need material I don’t care if I have to drive an extra 30 mins away to get to Elliots, Rexel, CED, or etc to get my material I’ll make the trip. If I need any Siemens products I’ll just call DFW breaker or call Siemens myself and get what I need. If I could just leave a frowny face instead of one star I would but unfortunately I have to give a star which one star is giving way to much credit."

"Tried and tried to call In. A will call two days in a row and just got plain ignored . This place used to be so cool . Now I know why we hardly use them anymore don't waste ur time if you are in a hurry or trying to get an inspection cause from what I can see these cats don't really care anymore"
