"Order materials at your own risk! We ordered interior doors for a house construction project and several of them came in the wrong size. The replacements came with the wrong hinges, and some of the replacements came in the wrong size. Getting them to fix anything is a total nightmare. Calls, voicemails, and text messages go unanswered. It's taken months to try to get this resolved. We've had unauthorized charges to our credit card that nobody at Davis Hawn can explain. We're stuck dealing with Mike Todd to get all of these issues fixed and he's incredibly rude and combative. Davis Hawn will waste your time, will overcharge you, and will not take responsibility for their countless issues. They're disorganized and employ rude and helpful people. Construction comes with many challenges, but none worse than trying to deal with Davis Hawn."

"Called for a quote for about 1,500 boards and they just read me off a general price. They are cheaper than the box stores but more than other local lumber yards. Other local places give you a better deal at least for bulk orders."
"We went to Davis-Hawn to buy doors for a remodel project. I was told the time for delivery would be 2 -3 weeks. Well over one month later, we have no doors, it is difficult to reach anyone, and we have repeatedly been promised the doors within a few days. Just today, a young man couldn't find the order! We're in our new office but have to walk down the street to use the restroom at the local sports bar because our bathroom still doesn't have a door. Don't use them. You'll regret it. If I could give them 0 stars, I'd do it."
