"Nice enough store, and they typically have what I need. Today the store manager stood up front gabbing with an amigo while I poked around the holiday lighting display for at least 6 minutes. I even opened a bag of product, sent a photo to my husband and discussed with him, still no help from this guy or anyone else standing around. I eventually asked if what I had dug through was all the had…. He pointed me to the back corner of the store where the residential version was displayed. I found one box of what I needed, but it wasn’t priced. I got what I needed but the customer service experience was seriously lacking today. The store manager should be setting a better example for his employees."
"Wow love this store. Two entire isles devoted to screws and bolts of all types. Great looking plants out front w all the gardening paraphernalia you’ll need. Not any more expensive than Home Depot and has a hometown kinda feeling to the store. Staff rocks, so helpful and friendly. Go check it out!"
"Always very helpful. I am amazed with the level of customer service at this location. I have been to other ACE Hardware locations and the younger generation of associates need to learn a lesson on how to assist customers. This location is at the TOP of my list."
"This is an amazing independent ACE Hardware store. You can actually find someone with knowledge of the hardware and supplies you will need for any project. Good luck finding that at Lowe's or Home Depot. Their prices are also competitive with those other hardware stores. Staff is super friendly and helpful."
