"Staffs always been helpful if not that at least very attentive and aware, the parking is fairly full each time I go there and the carts and Buggies for customers to use while shopping are in good shape I never really had any issues here, and I shop here at least three times a week for my side job"
"Consistent lousy service. 3 employees socializing at the front door and won't assist. 7 employees socializing at the exit by check out. Again, no one helps. I had a pick up. No one in line but me. No one at any station. Finally someone arrives, and then a "Tina" comes over, cuts in front of me like I'm invisible and starts talking to the person who is supposed to find my order. The phone rings. They answer that before helping me. I'm told I need to go outside and find a cart. I come back, "Tina", claiming to be the manager is leaning on my purchase and talking to check out clerk. Again, zero assistance. It would have been faster for me to go get the merchandise and check out myself. This is not unusual at this store. No management anywhere. No customer assistance or support."
"If I could give 0 stars I would. Worst customer service I have experienced. I needed help with custom blinds and asked 4 different associates for help and not a single person ever came to help! We stood around waiting for someone to come help for 20 minutes and no one ever showed up. All associates were just wandering around and standing in herds just chatting. Absolutely no incentive to help. Do not come here! Go to Lowe’s instead!"
"My ladder wasn’t tall enough so I rented one from the Home Depot tool rental. Good service and got the tool I needed to get the job done."
"Truck in pretty good condition, did rent with the left back tire a little low. Customer service was awesome speedy and easy to understand the contract! A great choice for a fast move. 150 after taxes for a 24 hour rental ! Great deal"
