"Ugh.. I'm done with Atwoods. The Gainesville TX store is simply awful. Always out of stock. The cashiers are mostly rude and act like they'd rather be anywhere else. The good people aren't there very long. But, the WORST thing is they're ALWAYS out of stock on the sale items, especially the dog food. It is so frustrating to go there and "nothing" . I always end up at Tractor Supply or Walmart. Very disappointing."

"Looking at some reviews this store either has a high theft issue or are very discriminatory against their customers. I walked in and got a bag of dog food and some treats. Paid cash, the checkout girl swiped every bill I gave her to see if it was fake. 2 twenty's, a five, and two single bills. When I asked why, because I've never seen anyone bother with less than 100, I was told it was company policy. If someone could please post that policy I'll change my rating."
"Sold me the wrong gun and then would not refund the difference. Manager showed me these 2 guns, both $219. I went with the ruger. When I got it out to wrap it I see the receipt which was for $329 not $219 They gave me a $50 gift card for $110 error after christmas. I purchased a lot that day so didn’t catch the price descapency at the time."
"First visit looking to refill my propane tank. Unfortunately they don’t refill propane tanks, however they were nice enough to tell me someone close by that could. We ended up browsing and perhaps shouldn’t have after loading the shopping basket with discounted dog food and Hey Dudes. We will definitely make another visit."
