"I’ve called 2 days in a row with interest in opening an account. Each day I was treated very rudely over the phone by a man who refused to give me his name. When I tried to explain the piece I was looking for he laughed in my face and seemed unwilling to help. His exaggerated sighs and rude phone etiquette lost his company a potential customer. While I understand that won’t break their pockets at the end of the day, as a business owner myself I wouldn’t like the idea that someone had an interaction with my team that made them feel anything less than valued."
