I try to return them and get my money back and they don’t accept any returns or exchanges. My advice expend 15 more minutes and go to Home Depot or Lowe’s. They boast being around for 70 years. "The people there are very rude and are so very unprofessional. They much rather gossip and play around even if they see you there waiting to be helped. I have had no choice but to go there to buy things I needed and it's always the same deal. At one time I tried to reach out some one in upper management but the workers there kept giving me wrong names and wrong phone numbers to call so I gave up and now that I went back in there, again!, I see nothing has changed and I frankly don't get it!!! ( These are the type of people Trump should deport because they are the tipical ugly, and disrespectful people that give us all a bad name) Sorry to post something like this but I feel other people should know how that store operates and hopefully some one in upper management can look into this.. Mean while Don't go there unless you have to."
