"I went in to buy a washing machine. I spent 30 minutes waiting for someone to help me no one did. The person in the department keep helping Hispanic customers even as I stood Waiting in front of him. So, I became frustrated and left and went to Homedepot where an older white guy immediately helped me and answered all my questions. I selected an LG impeller type washing machine. Very satisfied."

"I needed help to locating specific things to fix a busted pipe. Two employees were standing in the section I needed and when I asked where I could locate (had broken items in hand) said items they just said try other side and went back to their conversation. Employees name were Javi and Javier."

"I'm a Lowe's Pro member and have purchased from Lowe's for years. This was the worst experience ever. I had purchased this particular flooring at other locations and went to this location because they showed 6 boxes in their inventory. Prior to going, I called 3 times only for employees to hang up on me. When I arrived, there was no one in the flooring department. A young man named Wilson was extremely helpful and helped me locate the flooring that was hidden behind displays between 2 aisles. When I arrived at the checkout counter, the items rang up at the incorrect price. I had my receipts from the other purchases and the price was clearly displayed at this location, yet my integrity was questioned and it took 2 managers, over 10 minutes, and me having to go take a picture of the displayed price before they would do the adjustment. And to make matters worse, no one bothered to assist me load the boxes of flooring in my car. Lowe's must do better with their inventory system and with training their employees."

"I came by today and saw they had a sale going on for rugs. I stopped by and picked one up from the front then went to the back and saw more. There was no one around but I did see a cart with a rug and a jacket inside the cart. I proceeded to look at the rugs on the stand and picked one out and walked to the front with both rugs. As I’m carrying them a lady stops me and says she was going to buy one of them, to which I stated first comes first serves. After I scanned both rugs, the “manager” Herlinda had to do an override on the prices since they were not accurate and decided to go ahead and take one of the rugs I had away. I made her aware there were no kind of indications that someone else had grabbed it first so I wasn’t doing anything wrong. She stated she had helped her scan the prices already and therefore I couldn’t purchase it. It was such a horrible and embarrassing moment since she made me feel like I was stealing something or even took something. I again made her aware there was no kind of indication someone else had already grabbed it but she truly didn’t care and proceeded with threatening me to kick me out of the store. If this is how “Managers” are trained, how can good customer service be expected from anyone else. This situation was truly humiliating."

"Worst Lowe’s in the world. Cost us tens of thousands by taking three times longer than promised to finish a kitchen renovation. To top it off, they messed up the floor and countertop and we have finally given up trying to make it right. They are just too big of a company to fight. If only their employees didn’t also park like idiots. Same cars take up two spots in front of lumber every single day."
