"Have been a customer for over 20 years. Service isn't the best but not bad either. It would be nice to get heads up when materials have gone up in cost. All fork lift drivers/loaders should be better trained on delicateness of materials and how easy materials can be scratched/ruined when loading just by tossing into back of truck rather than loading carefully."

"I had make my wife call to check out the status on our order and they were very rude, unprofessional, they don't care about your business, take your business somewhere else they don’t keep their word on the delivery time and just today i had to spend a lot of money driving across the state to pick it up my order and they didn’t even care to send some of their employees to pick it up since it was their fault. they don’t keep contact with the third party company’s at all and even with the clients."

"Well, all you have to do is scroll down to see im not making this up. Some of the staff here are so disrespectful its incredible, and when you try to speak with management, management does nothing but defend them in fact they enable the staff, chris for example is so condescending its unbelievable “you don't ask the customer how to do your job” you dont talk down to a customer who spends hundreds and thousands of dollars there. You dont ask the customer for patience when you are the problem why something is being delayed. But then if you ask to speak with a supervisor they will say “well if chris said you weren’t patient its probably cause you weren’t”what in the world. Its pathetic. We ordered metal with them and guess what? The warehouse delivered my metal on 12/27/21 but RSG was closed so the warehouse took it back and ask me if RSG cared enough to call me and let me know NO! they didnt infact I had to call them again after calling them almost everyday and almost everyday they told me it would be there 2morro. 20days past even thoe they said 1 wk to 2wks it would arrive, and no one called me about it long story short I ended up having to drive 2 hrs 30 min to the warehouse to get my metal I cant believe they made a customer drive 2hrs and 30 min to get my order. All they had to say about it was, you can pick it up today by driving 2hrs and 30 min or you can wait till they deliver it again in 12 more days . I had options on where to get my metal but I chose RSG I regret that decision. 2 tanks of gasoline to get there unbelievable."
