"This place has bad customer service and they use unethical business practices. I needed blades for my gas hedge trimmers and this store charged me $69.00 for the blades and said they would order them. When they came back it was only one blade. And they said the charge was right. I went to order the second blade somewhere else and they asked me why Wiseman didn’t order the second blade and I told them I think I was over charged for one blade. The lady called Wiseman and asked what the cost of the blade was and she quoted $32.00. When I went back to ask for the difference of my charge they told me the $69.00 was correct. Be careful at this place."

"I will NEVER do business w this place again! I took my leaf blower in to get serviced. It's only a yr old. They told me I'd be better off to throw it away and buy new. And there were 2 guys standing behind the service counter doing nothing! I called today to speak with the manager. And the woman that answer the phone was nothing but RUDE as hell. Customer service should have been.. let me take a look at it quick.. or leave it and we'll call you. I've taken my chain saw there a yr ago to get serviced. They said it wasn't "chainsaw season"! So they wouldn't service it! This place SUCKS!"

"It's a little hardware store. Everybody there is nice and tries to help you with whatever you need. If they don't have what you need, they'll tell you & direct you to where you might can find it. I've been there several times & I will continue to make it a go to spot because of the people there."
