"Came to deliver a load.... Proceeded in and were told to go around the back. We happened to go in the the exit only. That sign was not visible from the way we came in. We managed to turn around to the back. We untarped the load, checked in, only to be told to head to the front, ironically by the same worker who told us to go to the back. Made our way back to the initial point, came in the same exit only entrance, staff finally approached us. They kept asking for paperwork? They claim that that check in office should have given us something. They didn't!? There is no clear direction and the staff was not helpful and rude. The only thing going on was a party ...loud music and workers acting loud as if in a club. Get it together management, train your staff. Are you running a business or club?Post clear directive signs, have someone (not rude) help direct the flow of traffic. Clean and open up the drive arounds...super tight spaces! Maybe this way, any visitors and delivery drivers can get in and out in a timely and stress-free manner."
"I unload here at least once every week and these guys get me in and out a fast as possible. There are times you'll sit in line but that trucking. You can park overnight just dont block the driways. ."
