"I live very close to this store so I was using them for propane refills and other purchases. However, more often than not, they are out of propane. Or, on several occasions I have taken my 100lb tank to fill, after calling to validate they had propane, only to arrive and find that they couldn't find their 100lb adapter or that there was nobody certified to fill in the store. Recently placed an on-line order for another 40lb tank and was notified on a Monday evening that it was ready, while I was traveling, and then it was canceled due to no pick up on Wednesday. How are you only allowed two days to retrieve an order. Outside of this, they have nowhere near the customer service that Ace or local suppliers do. I ordered the same product from another vendor, for less $$ and free delivery. No more TSC for me unless there is absolutely no other option."

"Horrible customer service. Drove 20 mins to store but the manager Kelly (who is the only one that can fill a propane tank) refused to help as she said she was on a break. The staff asked for my family to wait 30 mins until she was done. Please state online or via the phone the hours this location will not be able to fill propane tanks. Especially since we called ahead to confirm propane was available. Very disappointed and wasted this family’s valuable time."
