"Don’t do business here. Picked up a delivery through a third party source, got yelled at and told I’ll be reported to my INDEPENDENT CONTRACTOR. Yelling at INDEPENDENT CONTRACTORS do not make us do the job simple. We do NOT work for you we do not have to take the items, and the person claiming to be the manager “claims they can’t give out their name” when he just said I WORK FOR HIM …. Well I just needed to know who I supposed to work for … this older gentleman is very rude and will continue to make this store loose business if he conducts business this way in the future. Because you are mad you should be able to control your tongue at work or place of business especially when no one did anything to you to make you snap other than not moving fast enough for YOUR liking"

"Customer service here is completely lacking. I was sent here to have a repair on my lawnmower due to a warranty issue. That was 6 months ago. I was treated rudely and disrepectfully by the service department when I called to get information and have been unable to get any information about when my lawnmower will be ready to use. If you have an option for repairs on your equipment, choose a different option. Northern Tool is not the way to go."

"A place where things you can't find anywhere else (and didn't know you needed until you see them) kind of place. A smaller place still with well known brands and store brand items. Along with a smaller chain store comes greeting as you enter, help to find what you're looking for and able to shop and purchase online."

"nfortunately the north Star soft wash machine I purchased from you guys doesn’t work. First the original pump didn’t work and the replacement pump worked with one batch and on the second batch it stopped working. Now I have a full 13 gallon batch mix wasted and stuck in your North Star tank. I don’t have a separate container to put it in. And it’s a diluted mix which useless now. And after both pumps failed you said you would overnight a third pump but that was a lie. Tracking says 6 day delivery! You guys are a joke! Please refund me. Thank you!"
