"Plenty of space, decent loading. Only took two hrs all together. Arrived 30min before appointment time. Only 4 stars because port a johns are outside."
"My time was at 11 am, I arrived an hour earlier. The security guard at the entrance checks the ID, the cleanliness of the trailer and the PO number. Then you park near door 187 and carry your documents. Afterwards they will call you and tell you the door number. The doors can be on both sides building. Park at the door, tandem back, a worker will come and put a lock on the red overhead line. After loading, return to door 187 and wait for the office worker to bring documents and seal your trailer. The whole job took two hours. All office workers, security , were positive and friendly. One request, to fill up the huge hole at the entrance."

"No bathroom, no services of any kind. Waited all day, re arranged load. Checked in at 8am it’s now 3:30 and still no paperwork. When I checked in a facility there was only 2 trucks here. They load by appointment but if there are no trucks there to load it would’t hurt to load some trucks early in order to get a head start. Please do something to make your facility run smoother!!!"
