"The first time we took something here to ship, they refused it because it was designated as medical and said we had to take it to a FedEx location. Fine. Yesterday, I drug a huge box from the car to the counter and the clerk said their computers were down, I would have to bring it back later. I’m not sure we will try for a third time."
"They have given me wrong information over the phone multiple times. I’m not sure why they would tell you they can do something then once you get there, they say they CAN’T do it. Also, if you use this place for a mailbox, be aware that they may sometimes put your mail in someone else’s box! I have received someone else’s mail a few times and my mail has also gone to someone else’s mailbox. I think sometimes they just don’t pay attention. Unfortunately, I have no choice but to use their mailbox services. Maybe they will improve with time."
"We come to this location on a daily basis to ship for our businesses. The staff is always friendly and helpful. They graciously open the doors for us when we have a lot of packages. They've done a fantastic job getting our business cards and other printing needs done as well. I am so glad their super local to us when there isn't another place close to handle our needs."
