"Buy three things get three free is a joke. They will discount all the cheapest items only. Example, if you get 3 different items 2 for 19.99, 2 for14.99 and 2 for 9.99, they will discount 2 for 9.99 and one for 14.99. They don't even explain that. At least should be one bought, one free for equal price and so on. They're trying to be smarter but they lost my loyalty to come back."

"Went here to get my son's ear pierced. They were all very nice. The reason I'm leaving 4 stars is that the person who rang me up threw the piercer under the bus and told me that she didn't do her whole job because she should've explained to me about the cleaning procedure. I felt like it wasn't professional for one employee to address issues regarding another employees job performance. She should've just asked if I was told the cleaning instructions and when I said no, tell me the info and address the issue privately with the other employee. I really didn't need to be brought into internal issues. Also, just want to mention that I was quoted $39 for the piercing, they honored the price. But it looks like they are going up on prices again. The actual cost was closer to $45. At that price, you might be better off going to a tattoo shop and having a trained piercer do your piercing."
"Great experience! Erik was super helpful and kind with my teenage daughter getting a second piercing. Then I also decided to get a double pierce! He had a great attitude and wonderful smile making it a fun mom/daughter time! Thanks!"
