"I had a great experience at Rowan! The place was clean and the staff were kind and helpful. I was pretty nervous since this was the first time I was having my cartilage pierced, but Nurse Lavette walked me through the service and the after care instructions. They were very careful with the placement. I love how the piercings look! Thank you!"
"I had a great experience getting my helix and conch pierced here. Staff is friendly and professional. The shop is clean and has good jewelry selection. You can walk in or schedule an appointment ahead of time. I did not have to wait long and the piercing was quick. I was in and out of the shop within 15 mins. The jewelry varies in price, a little on the higher side but they are very cute."
"Love this place clean and perfessional both my girls got excellent care today. MY older got her helix done 2 months ago and they resized it for her which is standard.The nurses they had were incredible ❤ .They loved on my little b/c she was scared made the whole experience so easy. Abby was our main nurse. I didn't get the name of the other one ,but they did both ears at the same time quickly as possible even gave numbing cream.They were seriously sweet Angels.If we get any more piercings we will go back here for sure."

Our nurse Lavette took her time & made sure we had a thorough consultation. She was so patient & knowledgeable and really listened to our needs. When it came time for the piercing she gave our party top notch customer service & attention. We are already planning a trip back!"
