"Horrible experiance. Tried to get 4 bowls door dashed and only got 2, fully sealed by restaurant. Rice was really dry, food flavor was dull. You could tell the flavor wasnt built into the food, just smothered it. Chicken was dry and chewy, and we found small bones in our chicken bowls. Serving size was not worth 14 bucks to say the least. Bao was dry!! Bad at bao, but put bao in the name. Ridiculous. I WILL NEVER ORDER THIS PLACE AGAIN. DO NOT RECCOMEND. AT ALL. Do not eat this awful food."

"We ordered delivery. The food arrived quickly but when we got into it, we were disappointed with almost every aspect of it. We ordered the Spicy Kung Pao Chicken Bowl and the Orange Chicken Bowl. We don’t know which of the two we got because they were both the same, but the quality was so poor that it didn’t matter anyway. We did not finish them. My significant other described it as cat food. The food tasted and had the texture of a frozen TV dinner from the early 2000’s. We also ordered a mixed box of 6 bao. Again, they felt and tasted like they were straight out of the frozen isle at the grocery store. I hesitate to give such a negative review, but with so many amazing food trucks and local restaurants trying to make it in Austin, a chain like this is not the kind of place that this city benefits from having in such a prime location."

"Orange chicken and teriyaki chicken looked like slop from a frozen meal and tasted about the same. The bao we're tough and dry. I know you risk quality when using a 3rd party delivery service but this food was never good. The order was correct and delivered in a timely manner. It was just pitiful, sad, awful food."

"Worst food ever. Don’t order this. Don’t eat it. Demand your money back from UberEats if you already ordered. They sent the wrong items… and the ones that were correct were awful. The bao is insanely goopy and soggy. The filling is akin to cat food. The Kung Pao chicken was the absolute worst version of the dish I’ve ever had. Raw peanuts on top of overcooked rice and what can be described as chicken thigh scraps in “sauce”"

"I ordered the Orange Chicken. It was very tasty, but has a weird texture, and I don’t believe I would eat here again. It was like it only tasted good because it was super unhealthy. There were definitely bits of orange peel in the dish, but there was a lot of what I can only describe as “goop”. This was a ghost kitchen in a food truck, in a parking lot of a gas station. The area was not great, and there wasn’t anywhere to eat the food in that lot. Ordering was easy, and prices are fair."
