"Ever time I order my groceries there very polite professional people."
"Place has turned into an absolute mad house. All checkout lines are all the way across the store. No managers in sight. Out of shopping carts at both entrances, etc. Definitely need more cashiers, baggers, cart guys and stockers, and far less employees shopping/blocking all the isles. Parking lot is extremely dangerous with traffic going every which way. Store is constantly being rearranging making it nearly impossible for shoppers to find anything, with shoppers having to ask each other where goods are now, beings staff seem to not know themselves."

"The worst service EVER! I have never felt as if I were looked at differently until this day. My daughter and I went to seafood area to buy crablegs. We were looked at from several employees in the back while waiting. There was a gentleman who came out right next to us and put some items outside away.He looked at us and went right into the doors without any acknowledgement. Then the woman that was in the back finally came after I looked at her for second time and said, loudly that we needed assistance. So Michelle came and said coldly, How could she help us. I informed her about we needed to purchase crablegs. Then she gave me the crab wrapped and it almost fell out and I asked her for a bag and her reply was Oh yeah. For the first time I felt as if my outside skin was frowned upon. Soooooooo sad and disappointed in what took place and my daughter asked Why mom? This entire incident is on camera at store. So I hope it is looked into and no one else should be treated like this when coming in to purchase something."
"Best grocery store in Odessa. My whole family loves H‑E‑B. The store is always so clean and fresh. I love trying all the different products that are made fresh in store. I also recommend the H‑E‑B sparkling water!"
