"There’s a gentleman named Mark at this facility. He’s absolutely horrendous of an individual. We came yesterday with an empty food grade trailer clean. He made us wash the trailer(46miles) out when we got back he made us sit all night long until the next morning to have the trailer be dry. I completely understand that he needs the trailers to be dry because this is again peanuts. It’s food product. This morning, we went to go reload with him and he said he cannot load us to get the trailer washed out again because he noticed a few things that he did not like that was in the trailer. It was two peanuts stuck on the roof of the trailer. Why did he tell us to go wash out the truck come back wait all night to tell us again the same thing for the next morning. This individual needs to be terminated. He is holding up every single customer. He is holding up product. He is holding up every carrier from loading from this company. I’m pretty sure I’m not the only one to complain about what happens with this gentleman at this facility. This company is losing money in transportation."

"Truckers The people here are very friendly and they work hard and fast to load as quickly as possible on a first come, first served basis. Starting at 7am Make sure your trailer is a food grade no chemicals placards or holes it needs very clean or will be rejected In front of the building there is a county road with no restrictions on overnight parking. No food or drinks for sale here bring your own lunch because there is no food store closed to this place Good luck drivers"

"The guy in logistic office is very rude he didnt even chk my trailor properly he didnt even go inside the trailor and very rudly said to me the i cant load ur trailor take ur vehical out of the warehouse , never seen a rude and bad company like this ."
