"Called to see if they carry 2 inch crown moulding was told I have to go to store and see if they did have any because he wasn’t too sure if they had some in stock. Told him I’m about 20-30 mins away and didn’t want to make the trip and they not have any. Guy on phone replies well we close at 5:15 so you have to time to get here."
"This store has a lady at the counter that consistently kept giving me the wrong thing I was asking for. Then a gentleman started doing the same thing. Its odd that this store feels it needs the keep certain items behind the counter, which is where they were looking. If you keep these stock items were the customer can get to them it would have avoided their lack of knowledge with what I needed. The Clint store my not have what I need either but at they know their stuff. The Fabens store is always a good bet. They know their stuff and have it in stock. I guess making the drive is better than dealing with these individuals. The problem with the Horizon store is Management."
