"No offer to help you at all by 5 employees.... The store was a mess, I went to the new store by Kohls and the 2 employees there were a great help! I bought my paint, they helped with my standing account and out in about 10 minutes! Nice and clean, of course it's brand new but it doesn't take long for lazy employees to ruin brand new! Go there they will help you!"
"It was alright visit witch they didnt get my order on the phone right. Showed up there and they didnt have my supplies ready like how I requested so I had to waste more of my time gathering up everything. Whats the point of calling it in when you still have to gather it yourself. Next time I make an order step up your game please"
"Went here thinking I would get better service knowing I would pay a lot more. I had to wait for probably 40 minutes while they tried to match a gallon of ceiling paint. After two gallons and multiple tries trying to match, and waiting she came up with the best she is going to get she said. I took it thinking maybe it would work, and she was trying, but when I tried it at home it was not going to work. So, here’s where I have the problem. The assistant manager greeted me on my return trip. He said he could not return it because it was custom. He was there and knew the trouble they had trying to match white ceiling paint, but didn’t offer anything like trying to adjust the paint, just said no. I said well if I said the match wasn’t good yesterday and left it would have been the same thing, he goes on to tell me that we would have at least had to do one gallon. So, I would have been forced to pay for something that wasn’t right. I don’t think so. Just the fact he wasn’t offering to even make it right. I will not go here again, especially paying these prices for something they don’t stand behind."
"Honestly, it was the customer service. We go there with a lot of questions and the guy working there, consistently has a great attitude and gives us great information. The paint that we buy from SW goes on much easier than anything we've bought from other stores."
