"I don’t normally do this, but I can’t begin to say how DISAPPOINTED we are with Midtex and their customer service. We went to look at carpet about a month or so ago to figure out what we wanted. At first they were super helpful, let us sign out a sample to see in our house and came out to measure. We got sent a quote and decided to think for a minute before before we decided to go forward. We finally decided and my husband went drove to midland to drop of carpet sample and get on the schedule. When he got there they had no information on who we were, our quote or anything about us even though they got all of the information last time. They said they would have Irma call us at 1 on Monday with some answers (this was just a couple hours later). It took her TWO days to finally call us. My husband set up an appointment to meet with her the following day to measure the one room we were adding to the quote. So he got up early to get work done so he could meet her at 9 today. 9:30 comes around and she still hasn’t arrived so he called midtex to check in. They put us on hold and Irma picks up the phone... so she just decided not to come to her appointment and just kept saying we don’t have an appointment for you today. They had literally just made this appointment 24 hours before. I can’t believe with everything that is going on a business apparently just doesn’t want any business. I am beyond disappointed and will be taking our flooring needs to someone who actually wants business."
