"On March 2023 I contact Ignacio Vega (Nacho) to repair my Grandfather Clock, after various tentative schedule. (Nacho) show up. Check the clock even ask me for small screwdriver set. Give the estimate of US$ 375.00 for parts and labor. I pay $ 200.00 check and $160.00 Cash. After long waiting Nacho show up with the clock with big problem, the repair and the parts never was fixing the pendulum need stay parallel with the back the tower my clock the pendulum is parallel to the side, His explanation eventually start working. Here I’m in June, try to contact Nacho. Legal action is in process."
