"So disappointed in the customer service I received. Had great customer service when we were spending money. Treated horribly by a woman working the register when attempting to make a return. She was rude and condescending. Kept huffing and puffing every time I asked her a question. Finally was told “I will give you a refund this time.” We had passed the 7 days return policy, we live out of town. She asked for the credit card, I told her I didn’t have it since I was doing a friend a favor (we live over an hour away). She shoved the item over to me with a smug look on her face. “Well, I need the credit card.” I drive through Brownfield often on my way to Lubbock at least once a month. We had decided to stop there to do “local”shopping. We will NEVER stop there again or ever recommend it to any one."
