"My friend wanted to try this new spot and we decided to give it a try. For those who are new customers like us, it is just like a buffet hot pot. You go pick ingredients you want and put in a bowl. Then you go to cashier and they will weight it and you pay about $10/lb. They will ask what kinds of soup base you want to cook with your ingredients. They have spicy soup (about 3 levels), mushroom soup and tomato soup. The soup is good and goes well with fresh ingredients. The only problem is lots of ingredients in Chinese, even description of soup base. The employee is barely talking English. We were having hard time to understand what the employee said but she was trying very hard to communicate with us. I do recommend they should have dual languages, so non-Chinese customers like us can understand better."
