We have yet to hear anything from anyone, which is highly disappointing since we have been with Progressive for 17 years… We have a quote from another company for $150 a month and we are paying $283… This is unacceptable and I expect a new quote and a call from the owner Monday morning. If I do not receive some type of communication by then, I will be in your office Tuesday demanding an explanation of why your service and follow up are so poor."
