"I had an appointment with Amy on Sept 13, 2022 for a perm. I ask for a tight perm. When she was finished it looked ok but wasn't as tight as I wanted it. It is now two weeks later and I no longer have a perm. It is barely wavy and yes I actually waited four days after the perm to wash my hair. I am so dissatisfied. Update - Amy stood by her work and redid my perm. It turned out great. I would recommend this shop. They have my gratitude. Most salons would have just said "Oh Well"."
