Hilario Martinez, Service Advisor, received my call on 1/24/2024 asking if they could look at my car door that was not latching/holding securely, unrelated to a wreck or other car damage. Mr. Martinez said that Caliber Collision- Braker Drive could look at the door. He gave me a time frame for 1/25/2024, no set appointment, just a courtesy stop by so to determine next steps. On 1/25/2024 morning, I was received promptly. The courtesy look over of the door was FOR REAL! With minor door striker adjustment, Mr. Martinez had me in & out in less than 30-minutes! I also attest to quality customer service from the receptionist who received me with a smile in the morning at a time of my anxiety. Thank you to her.
