"Took my car there in the past for oil changes and the price was fair. My wife took the same car back and they told her it would be $150, which is over $100 more than the prior time. They wanted her to use full syntetic oil which the car doesnt need and she didnt know what the differnce was so she called me. They wouldnt have done that to somone that new the diferent types of oil changes, but she didnt so they did. Not cool."
"Wanted a price on an oil change. Gave my make/model and year. He said he needs my VIN number to tell me what an oil change costs for my vehicle. I dont know my VIN so gave my car details and he said "why are you drilling me" and then said "I dont want your business" and hung up. I was going to get an inspection, thought I would find out the price for an oil change but I guess he didnt want to tell me a price without my VIN. Repeat cutomer will not go back, he hung up on me for asking their rate for an oil change?"
"I get my oil changed here all the time. They are fast! Normally there less than 30mins. Today they offered brake service for my back Axle, I'm not ready to do that but will definitely take it to them in the near future."
"Really bad business. Came there to change my brakes, etc…they ended up drilling a hole into my bolt without even asking me. Went to the dealership and I had to pay 2200 for something that was going to cost less than 400. Came back to them to pay for the repair, they told me that they were trying to help me out. Really bad business and the manger tried to intimidate me like I was really scare… I am suiting them."
"I always go here. Great service and once I went when it almost closed. They took me and were super nice to me and did me a oil change. I recommend to go here. They speak both English and Spanish."
