"Brandon and Caitlin have been on top with providing me the best and fast service. They took care of my vehicle in only one week. There are some minor issues that we are working on. But overall such a great service and experience."

"I’d not recommend bringing your shop here if you want quality work and an honest warranty. Used this place last year as per closest location covered by my insurance. Car was less than a year old when got rear ended. Ford emblem fell off after a month, but we didn’t make a fuss about it. 1 year later we noticed that the light replaced was coming out. (Ill fitted) and a sensor on the bumper is out of place now. Took car in December to get looked at and was told they would call me back to discuss the warranty… no one ever did. I called back 3 more times and finally spoke with the manager today. Was told there was damage near the sensor which voids the warranty (laughable— please see picture of scratch which voids the warranty). Also was told the light tab was broken and the scratch there voided warranty. —if these are enough “damage” to void the warranty, then I recommend you consider how sincere the shop is when offering a lifetime warranty on their repairs. Zero stars if I could. I’d love to know how many people they void a warranty for. Save your money and peace of mind."

"The management, front staff, project, manager, and technicians were all fantastic. I received updates with every phase of the repair. The customer service and professionalism was on par and they exceeded my expectations by completing the repair process ahead of the expected delivery date. Roxie the GM, Alex and Irene at the front desk and Brandon the PM provided me with excellent customer service."

"The people were friendly and kind although it took months to get my car fixed. When I got it back, my plates weren't even put on and I had to ask where they were. The mechanic told me they were in the trunk and I had to ask twice to get them put back on. Obviously I can't drive with my plates off. Now I'm finding things missing from my car. Today I wanted to refill my washer fluid reservoir and lo and behold, the reservoir is just gone. I don't find these things until later, especially when the business is closed. As much as I want to be nice and not blow my top, I'm not happy about the lack of attention to detail. I'm no car expert so I'm afraid of finding out about anything else missing or whatever they forgot to put back."
