"I will update this review as soon as I hear back from them. So far it has been a very unpleasant experience. I was hit by a drunk driver before Thanksgiving. It is now the end of January & I have yet to hear back as to when I can get my car in for repairs. The first time I emailed from the website I didn't get a response at all, the 2nd time I emailed, they responded and told me I needed to get a PDF estimate from the insurance company in order to move forward. I now have the PDF, sent it to them & have yet to hear back. I am hoping this gets someone's attention there & I get an actual response."
"I was coming in for hail damage repair. I was under the impression that they would start work upon receiving the car. Fortunately someone was in the office to tell me that the actual repair won’t start until much later, as they have to get an estimate from a third party and then wait for that third party to be available for work. With all this it would likely take more than a month and then I have to pay for the rental. Why would I bother with this if I can go to a place that will estimate first and then take the car when they’re ready? Big waste of time. At least someone told me at the last minute."
"The work done on my car was great and the only reason for not giving a 5 star rating was that it took 5.5 weeks to get it repaired. I realize insurance approvals played a part but as a result, my insurance only covered 30 days for the rental."
