"I took my vehicle for repairs and was assign an adjuster (Nellie) who was very professional and would actually contact me about anything and all updates of my vehicle. For odd reasons, she moved on with her career and I was assign a different adjuster David. David has not been able to return my calls or update me with the process of my vehicle. I called today and was informed that the GM of this facility would return my call. No one called and another week has gone by without any knowledge or progress of my vehicle. I do not recommend this facility for there neglect of there customers nor there concerns for there customers. My vehicle has been in there possession since 11/09 and I'm paying out of pocket for my rental. Therefore the importance communication is highly for me!"

"Updates were misleading. Repairs were not timely and I am not blaming parts delays that were anticipated. Car was not even ready after being told to pick it up. Missing parts: TPMS sensors were missing from the tires. Car was not clean upon pickup. Terrible experience. My insurance company was even shocked and had to get involved because of the lack of professionalism and inability to make progress on repairs."
