"Stay away! This place is the single most unreliable shop, after trying to reach them for 2 months. The customer service rep says he’s going to relay the message and have a tech reach out and it never happens, it is always a lie, they never call back or help you with any issues. They built my car and after a week my car is not running right and they don’t answer their phones."
"Waited for almost 2 months for a wrap to come was told multiple times they were reaching out to their distributor multiple times reach through email got no response was only able to get a hold of Sam when I’ve called in requested that I wanted a refund and was told they were going to reach back out to the distributor. I insisted again I wanted a refund and had to wait an additional three more days before calling back in and talking to Sam again and saying issue my refund before he said OK. Very disappointed."
