"I just moved to Conroe and came to this place because of the reviews. I came on Tuesday May 30, 2023 and I don't recommend this place. I explained the mechanic my car battery is new, they checked it auto zone and it is in good condition. It was just dying over night, The mechanic looked at me funny, and said I just to turn off the car lights at night, and that he didn't need to check my car. I left and next day, once again I had to jump start my car in the morning. I went to "AUTO CARE CENTER" on 1603 Interstate 45 S, Conroe, TX 77301. And the mechanic there really listened to my concerns and realized my break lights wouldn't turn off so he fixed the break light switch sensor in less than 30 minutes and my car battery is no longer dying over night. I don't recommend Mark's Auto Repair. I will never come back to this mechanic they don't even listen to customers concerns and just waste your time."
