Marilu is awesome and she is great at communicating, whether it be because she heard from the insurance company or because she is giving you a status update. She is very knowledgeable and is happy to talk to you about your car, repair or anything else you might have questions about. My dad has been coming to this place and recommended it, I really liked their service and work as well. My car has been in two accidents, and the first place I took it to doesn't really compare to Sunrise. I like it here!"

"Don't take your vehicle here. The manager and the associates are all totally unprofessional. First, they didn't tell me until 5pm about my vehicle being ready. They are far from town and hardly gave me any time to pickup my car before they closed and said they would charge me another day for the rental if I didn't drop it off. I RUSHED over there before they closed and thought I had given my keys to the hispanic associate. They urged me to that the vehicle there instead of hertz. Weird? Turns out they didn't have them and didn't let me or hertz know until a week later! Therefore, I was charged over $200 for a car they had in their possession, not mine because they didn't inform me or hertz about the return of the vehicle and wasn't aware it was in there SMALL parking lot? When I called to ask about it the manager was so rude, wouldn't take any blame, and then hung up on me twice. She refused to even let me talk to her. I couldn't believe it."
