I received a quote from Cynthia (who's just a sweetheart, by the way) on replacing them, just in case (since I don't think I'd restored them since purchasing 5+ yrs. ago); however, I did not need to! "This shop has shown me twice that they can work magic without the Fairy tale wand! The first time an uninsured driver hit my Chevy Volt and they made it look brand new. And I mean brand new and the color of my Volt is an aqua color, hard to match the paint. But, they did! Now,for this repeat visit, my Lexus had the ugliest scar where someone scratched it in the parking lot. After a reasonable amount of time in their shop and a fantastic price(paid out of pocket), my back panel is so clear now, it's like looking in a mirror. To top that off, they vacuumed and washed my car. They are the best of the best! Stop wasting your time going anywhere else. They take insurance, or give you a great price if you have to pay it yourself. I give them 10 thumbs up!"
