Panda Express

"The second time this has happened here. The first time, I gave them the benefit of the doubt. But it's literally the same order and everything. I ordered 20 minutes ahead. Only 2 bowls. Got there in 10 min. Waited another 22 minutes. Mind you with my hunger toddler. Watched as 5 people walked away with their food along with 2 deliveries. Spoke with a girl who said she would check on my order. Never came back, just went to making plates for the people coming in. The reason was that the black pepper chicken was being made. Got home, and all that chicken that was just made was nothing but chewy fat. Gross. Then the other bowl with sweet fire chicken had a few pieces and nothing but rice. For being a location on campus for us students. The service sucks. You're always waiting on something to be made. The food never tastes the same, and the customer service is so so. No communication with customers. I ordered ahead of time for a reason. Not to wait a total of almost quite literally an hour. For food that's already made. Will not be coming back and do not recommend it until they have a second look at the team they have in there."

"Very rude employees. 1.5 hrs before closing time and only 3 dishes on the bar. I ordered and was told that if have to wait for the 3rd dish to be made. I said ok thinking they weren't going to make any extra, but I was wrong. They gave me 2 orders of old orange chicken and 1 of fresh, but then dumped a massive dish into serving bar. So why the hell didn't they give me all 3 fresh? Price was not worth it for the low quality food or service. It was my first time eating here so unfortunately it will also be my last time. So sad."

"This is a good panda express location. It was busy and full but the staff handled the traffic well and served the people waiting quickly. The quality of food was good, too. Prices are still alright, but higher than they were before."

"I had ordered online hoping that when I got there, my meal would be ready for pickup, but when I got there, it seemed like the meal wasn't even made yet.. there was a long line, and it seemed like they got their meal way before I did. I was waiting for my meal at least 30 minutes before I got it. I understand it was busy, but my order should have been made since I ordered online."

"Went for lunch and the service and food were great. They had fresh entrees and rice. The employees were very friendly. This location is very convenient for visitors to NMSU and students/staff. It is part of the NMSU Barnes and Noble bookstore and parking is not an issue. The area is OK, not huge but the tables are comfortably spaced for a group of 4 or a solo dinner."
