"Several months ago I took my vehicle there because it’s local. The owner was nice and friendly and I told him the issue. Something was wrong with my transmission because I was needing to put 1 quart of transmission fluid in it daily. We walked outside, looked under my vehicle, and he Saw it literally drip, drip dripping. I made an appointment for the following day and left it there so that they can look at it. When I went up there hours later, he said that his transmission mechanic, that had been there the longest, inspected it on the lift, and did not find anything with it. I specifically asked him to look at the CV axles that are mounted inside of my transmission. They both said that they looked at the CV axles, and there is nothing wrong. I believed them, paid them nicely for their services, and proceeded to drive off. The next day I was out of transmission fluid again. I put another cord inside, and contacted durable transmissions in Pantego…. I told him my issue, and, although it was after hours, and the next day was a holiday, he invited me that moment, and I went within that hour. He drove it into the shop, put it on the lift immediately, pull out a big crowbar, And popped my CV axle right back inside of my transmission. From that day on, I did not have a leak because of durable transmission. AA transmission screwed me over, took my money and failed to go over the one thing I asked them to look at. I even went back twice after that left my name and phone number and nobody ever returned my call. To work on vehicles and have my own customers, but dirty business is not cool. PRAYERFULLY THEY HELP CUSTOMERS Fully and Love their neighbors as tho themselves."
